Copper peptides — GHK-Cu on an ingredient list — are among the few skincare actives with a genuinely deep research record, studied for their role in skin's own repair signalling.

The catch is that concentration and formulation matter enormously, and neither is something a product page tends to tell you. A serum can list GHK-Cu proudly and still contain a trace amount, and copper peptides don't play nicely with every other active you might already be using.
